Virtual Reiki Session Includes: -Intake form via email before the session to identify goals. -Live Zoom with Nicole. -30 minutes of active Reiki followed by a 15 minute consultation for sharing emotional impressions and at home healing suggestions. -Virtual Reiki sessions are done with the distance Reiki technique. The practitioner is able to send reiki energy through space and time. You get all the benefits of Reiki in the comfort of your home! -The healing art of Reiki works by channeling Universal energy with practitioner typically placing their hands on or above the clients body offering energy. Reiki energy will go where it is needed most in your body. -Reiki can help with stress relief, reduction in anxiety, enhances your bodies natural healing ability, promotes pain relief, eases tension and calms the mind. -Reiki is not a cure for any ailment but is used as a therapeutic, holistic and alternative treatment.
